Day 1: Pick Up From Hotel To Lake Mburo National Park
Our driver guide will pick you up from the hotel after breakfast, and brief you about the ultimate safari.
You will start off the journey to Lake Mburo National Park, this park is the compact gem and the smallest savanna park located in Kiruhura district, Nyabushozi County. Known for its high population of zebras.
The drive is to take approximately 4 hours, using the Masaka-Mbarara highway.
On the way, you shall have a stopover at the equator, where the latitude crosses Uganda at zero degrees at Kayambwe in Mpigi district. For photo moments, and water experiments, buying craft items, arts pieces, and paintings.
You will make another stop over at Mbarara city for the en-route lunch and then proceed to the Kiruhura district where the park is located
On arrival, you will check in to the lodge and relax as you wait for the evening game drive excursion. Within the open grassland of Lake Mburo National Park,
The park being the smallest protected area, makes it easy to explore and see most nocturnal mammal species. The drive always starts at sunset around 6:30 and lasts for 2-3 hours.
During the drive, you are to use the spotlights that provide light for seeing nocturnal species like the leopard’s bush babies white-tailed mongoose, honey badges, and hyenas are regularly observed since these animals hunt during night hours
With armed rangers for safety, we are to drive back to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
You will wake up, have breakfast, and check out of the lodge, then the driver guide will start off the journey to Bwindi impenetrable national park.
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, lies in southwestern Uganda on the edge of the rift valley, found in three districts of Kanungu Kisoro and Rubanda.
The park is famous for gorilla trekking and is divided into four sections, namely Buhoma, Nkuringo, Ruhija, and Rushaga each of these four bases functions as a self-standing gorilla tracking destination.
The drive, is more scenic through farms, and green plantations, enjoying great views of the beautiful landscape countryside, and the rolling terraced green gardens. You will have a stopover at Kihihi Town for lunch then proceed to the park
On arrival at the park, you will check in to the lodge, for dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3: Bwindi Gorilla Trekking And Transfer To Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will wake up early to have your breakfast and then the driver guide will take you up to the park headquarters, for the briefing about the dos and don’ts of the gorilla experience.
After briefing, you will then be allocated to groups of eight people and head to the starting point. With the help of the park guide and rangers, they enter the forest for trekking. This activity will take you 1-6 hours to find gorillas depending on the location of the habitat of the gorilla family.
Once the gorillas are being spotted you will observe and watch them feeding and playing, and see them communicating among themselves feel free to take photos for memories.
After the one hour with gorillas, you will walk out of the forest and that marks the end of your experience
The driver guide will be waiting to take you back to the lodge for lunch, and after check out embark on the road to Queen Elizabeth National Park for dinner and overnight stay.

Day4: Game Drive And Boat Cruise On Kazinga Channel
After the early breakfast, you are to have a morning game drive in the park known for the medley of wonders, the game drive is to start in the open savannah Kasenyi Track in the northern sector of the park.
Kasenyi Track is a popular habitat for animals such as lions, leopards, elephants, antelopes, elands, impala, defasa, and bushbuck with luck you will be able to spot all of them
You will also visit, the north Kazinga plains which also grants high chances to see most of the animals, that you might have missed seeing on the other track and offers full exposure to the wilderness.
After all return to the lodge for refreshments have lunch, and later in the afternoon boat cruise at Kazinga Channel where two lakes meet.
After lunch, you are to have an incredible boat cruise along the Kazinga channel, which is a 40km long channel that connects Lake George and Edward.
The boat cruise always starts at 2 pm and takes about 2 hours, having a great experience and viewing different aquatic species such as large concentrations of hippopotamuses, waterbucks, and crocodiles. Viewing water birds like yellow-billed, stork cormorants’ hornbill African skimmers, kingfishers, and fish eagles among others
You will also, be able to see the fishermen along the shores preparing their fishing gear for the night. After the boat cruise, we are to transfer to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 5 Crater Lake Tour And Transfer To Kibale Forest National Park
You are, to have morning breakfast the driver guide will take you to quite numerous crater lakes. These are eye-catching lakes formed as a result of volcanic eruption many years ago and are good for photography.
You will visit, the Katwe Crater Lake where salt mining is done. This opportunity gives a chance to interact with the local people, who will be extracting rock salt from the lake so as to earn a living.
Visit the Nyamunuka Crater Lake, which is known as the hospital to animals, and Lake Bunyampaka after the crater tour you will return to the lodge for lunch and exit the park to Kibale Forest National Park which is home to chimpanzees.
You will reach the park in the evening and check in at the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Kibale Chimpanzee Tracking And Bigodiwetland Walk
After the early morning breakfast, the driver guide will set off to Kanyanchu visitors center to have a briefing, about the dos and don’ts during the chimpanzee trekking experience.
After the briefing, you are to enter the tropical rainforest of the park to search for the chimpanzees, these creatures are our close relatives in the animal kingdom.
It will take like one hour to find the chimpanzees in their natural habitat and once spotted you will have much happiness because of their funny characters
Feel free to carry your cameras, and binoculars to take photos and clear sightings of the chimpanzees and other wildlife species.
After one hour of the chimpanzee interaction, you will move out of the forest and the driver guide will drive back to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon you will head out for the Bigodi Wetland sanctuary adventure.
Bigodi wetland, harbors different natural species mostly a great collection of bird species like blue turaco, papyrus gonoleks grey-throated, yellow-spotted and double-toothed barbets, speckled, yellow-rumped and yellow-throated, tinkler birds, blue malkoha, brown-eared woodpecker among others
Bigodi swamp also has more than 13 primates like black and white colobus, red colobus, potto, bush babies, grey-checked mangabey, Lhoest monkeys, red-tailed monkeys’ vervets, patas, baboons and blue monkeys among others
After moving into the wetland, you are free to move around the community to interact with the local people. By greeting and conversing with them, and buying crafts from their shops.
Late evening, you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay

Day 7: Travel To Entebbe Airport For Departure
Have morning breakfast, and check out of the accommodation, the driver guide will start off the journey back to Kampala.
You will make a stopover in Mubende for lunch and continue with the journey to Kampala, the driver guide will take you to the airport for your flight which will be the end of the safari.
